There are a myriad of reasons why we become disengaged, but having been on both sides of the room, we've sat in events, watching people doodle their way through the day, watching the clock, wishing it to end.

We built the Outlier Learning studio because we want to directly challenge those rinse & repeat approaches that tick boxes, disengage learners and are quickly forgotten once the day job kicks back in.
It's important to create space for real change that cuts through the noise, ensuring a real shift in understanding that is truly felt. A shift which you carry beyond the classroom and into ‘the real world’ when no one’s watching.
Not everything has to be revolutionary, but it does have to be authentic, personal and transformative. We believe everyone has the capacity to excel when they tap into their authentic self, not try to be someone they're not.
