I've spent over 25 years working in the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare industries across Europe in HR, Commercial, Market Access, Marketing and Learning & Development.

I know these industries well: the impact an inspiring Leader can have, the complexities of diverse Teams, and the realities Individuals juggle every day

At the heart of all I do is Authenticity, Integrity, Innovation and a Humanistic way of approaching things. 

These aren't corporate values taken from your standard company mouse mat or mug, but actual words clients have used to describe me over the years.

I have a tenacious desire to create experiences that feel real, land quickly and have lasting change long after I've left the building. Why? 

Because I’ve sat on both sides of the room and I know first hand how draining disengaged learning can be. 

When learning speaks to real life, we don’t just remember it… we live it! 

And that is what being an Outlier is all about!
