So What is an Outlier?
Simply put, it’s that one thing that stands apart from the norm. That one thing that piques your interest and makes you stop, think and want to explore more. It's there to help you see things a little bit differently than before!

Outlier isn’t just a name, it’s our philosophy.
We all remember that one teacher in school that made us feel seen and heard, even after all these years.
Why do you think that is?
What is it that they did differently to all the other teachers?
I bet a large part of it was down to them really connecting with, and understanding you and you alone; and for them to do that, they would’ve had to ‘colour outside the lines’ of everyday teaching.
In a world of tick box training, recycled workshops and learning that fades as soon as people get back to their desks,
the Outlier Learning studio exists to slice through all of this. The goal isn’t to impress with gimmicks or jargon. Why?
Because learning needs to be more than a day away from your desk, stuck in a hotel conference room
looking at a slide deck full of theory.
It's learning that needs to be done FOR you not TO you and it needs to shift mindsets, spark ideas and change behaviours that continue to make a difference weeks, months and even years later.
Just like that teacher you remember!
